VERTICAL CORELESS MAGLEVATION WIND TURBINE GENERATOR 500W

1. Strong wind resistance 2. The principle of horizontal rotation and vertical blades, so that it is subject to wind pressure, can withstand 45 meters per second of super typhoon. 3. Because of its different design structure and operation principle, compared with other wind turbines, it has smaller turning radius, saves space and improves efficiency.

Products Details

1. Low starting wind speed, wind energy utilization; small volume and beautiful shape, low running vibration. 2. Easy installation and using humanized design, equipment installation, maintenance and overhaul. 3. Rotor blades adopt aluminum alloy, with optimization of aerodynamic shape design and structure design, high wind energy utilization coefficient, increase the power generating capacity.

Development at home and abroad

Mag-Wind has developed the roof-mounted VAWT (Vertical Axis Wind Turbine) , its flagship MW1100, and GWT has designed a magnetically levitated Vertical Axis Wind Turbine with excellent results. The Dutch Delft University of Technology, in conjunction with the University of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom, proposed in 2010 a new type of wind turbine rotor structure that uses magnetic bearing to support the turbines, therefore, the weight of the rotor structure of the large direct-driven wind turbine can be reduced. For a 5MW wind turbine, the weight of the rotor on the magnetic bearing is 45% less than that on the conventional structure.
